Even in highly regulated industries, agility is no longer optional; it is expected. Meanwhile, the commodification of AI is levelling the playing field. Smaller, more agile businesses are outpacing mega-enterprises, launching innovative products faster, while larger organisations wrestle with legacy complexity.
